Aerial and Pole Dance Photography is on the up in the UK and couldn’t be more exciting. Here at Marie and Co. Photography we specialise in Aerial and Pole Photography offering one to one or group sessions for your studio all the way up to competition and event photography.
We love working with such creative individuals at such an exciting sport. The fast paced natural of our sessions with these clients is what we love and the results are always brilliant. what do you offer?
Because we love all things Aerial and Pole Dance Photography we offer a range of services. Everything from small scale one to one sessions all the way up to larger events. You don’t have to be the owner of a studio or event to book in with us. If you have some space you can work around we can be there. Unfortunately, we don’t have a studio of our own so we cannot offer you a space to come to… YET – we are working on this! The best thing to do is to get in touch with us and have a chat about what you are looking for.
We do however offer different payment options depending on what you are looking for in your photography. We are more than happy to travel around the UK (we love travelling) however depending on how far may result in some additional charges.
So how did the aerial and pole dance photography begin?
Back in 2020, we had the joy of working with some brilliant client (all between lockdowns of course). One of our clients was the fantastic Vegan Athletica a company all about bringing plant based products to the health and fitness market. Part of their business was working with different athletes around the country. They wanted a photography to represent all different types of fitness – one being Pole Dance fitness.
We organised a shoot was the incredibly talented Natacza Fox a personal trainer and National Pole Champion. Based in her home studio we shot photos of her performing on the pole along with her teaching other. It was a real eye opener to us here at Marie and Co. Photography as this was our first ever experience of this new type of sport and photography. From that moment on we were hooked.
Since that day we have had the honour of photographing The Bristol Pole Championships a fantastic pole competition allowing competitors of all abilities to showcase their absolute best pole skills and routines. It was a fantastic competition full of amazing, talented and genuinely lovely people. It was our job to take the photos for each competitors routine. This truly was an awesome fun job and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.
